It's important to use your senses in writing, but sometimes we forget to show all of them. For my fall season posts, I've started with the most obvious.
There is so much to see in the fall. Most of all, the COLORS!

That fall photo is gorgeous. I go around taking photos like a maniac at this time of year. There's so much to love about fall :)
I wish the leaves would stay that color for the entire fall season, instead of for one or two weeks. That would be awesome. :)
I wish I could see those kinds of colors!!! Alas, here in Houston if you see them it's only for a moment! SO SAD! This was so nice though!
I wish it would last longer too! Here in Ohio, sometimes yes (like eight weeks) and sometimes we skip to winter!
If it weren't so brisk, I could sit outside all day long in those colors and be happy. It's a perfectly wonderful time of year.
Fall is beautiful but it means summer is over and winter not far behind and really like summer :(
Love the little red clutch :)
I take it this is going to be a series of posts? I hope so, because that'll be brilliant.
It IS Matt!! Thank you!
love the yellow inspiration board! Never though of it as a fall color, but I can definitely see the dress and coat in my fall wardrobe rotation :)
Wow, this post made me so happy! I love all the colors of fall--you've captured them perfectly!
I love LOVE fall! What wonderful powerful words and pictures.
Once I get over the sadness of losing summer, I can remember I love fall and for those reasons - wonderful colours, crisp air, different smells. The senses are a wonderful thing.

Fall colors are beautiful and that picture is lovely.
I can't wait to see the other four posts!
Fall is my favorite time for everything. Reading, writing, cooking, baking, running, playing...OMG! I live in FL though so my Fall weather will take a bit longer to arrive than your will.
