The Five Senses Of Spring: SMELL

Can you believe this is the last post for Spring? You know that means! :D

Find my other spring senses posts, here: TOUCHSIGHTTASTE, and SOUND

1. Fresh blueberries, strawberries, kiwi. Sweet and tangy.

2. Grass. Subtle and earthy.

3. Lilacs and hyacinths. Fragrant and intoxicating.

4. Rain. Clean and metallic.

You always find the best pictures, Christina!!!!

I can't believe it's almost June. Only one more month and the kids are off from school.

Beautiful post as always.
I love the smell of our lilacs! And grass. I used to have a fragrance from the Gap called Grass and it smelled so fresh like cut grass!

I can't believe it is time to start posting about summer!!! It just boggles the brain the brain--even the tiny ones. ;)

I love the smell of lilacs. Love!♥ When I was a kid growing up in Ontario, we used to head down to Mackinac Island in Michigan for the day. My memories of the place are riddled with the smell of lilacs, fudge, and horse manure (that last one is gross, but there were plenty of horses and no cars on the island). To this day, the smell of lilacs makes me think of this wonderful place. :)

Ah, beautiful pictures!
If only the allergies of spring didn't prevent me from smelling all these things! :D

Mmm, I love the smell of rain. We need some more of that here. :)

My husband destroyed my lilac bush this year. Sigh. No wonderful scents for me. I love the smell of rain - spring or otherwise

Lovely pictures! For some reason my magnolia tree didn't bloom this year and my lilac bushes had hardly any blossoms. I think it must have to do with the mild winter and early spring.
